My husband, Jimmy, was all offended that I didnt dedicate one of my new years resolutions to him, so Im adding one just for him.

Todays Accountability....
Today, I was pretty good...
* Last night I went to bed at 12:30am, too bad I was up until like 3:30am tossing and turning so Im just as tired today as I am anyday. On the other hand, I sucked it up a bit more. LOL
*I woke up at 8:15am, and in my defense my husband helped me by dressing our son this AM, and setting our daughters clothes out for me (she was still sleeping), feeding our son, etc. I need to be up earlier tomorrow.
*Today I finished 2 customs, 1 pair of pants, finsihed up 2 other items that were like 99% complete and its only 6:22pm.
*My house was fairly clean since we cleaned it on Sunday pretty much all day, but I kept it up by running the DW, unloading the DW, washes a few dishes from today and keeping the toys picked up, etc.
*Now the only thing left to do is get to bed at a decent hour, and since I got like 4 hrs of sleep last night, I am exhausted. I want to sleep NOW, but I am going to try to stay up until like 11:30pm-ish so I can get some work done. I worked a lot today during the day, so if I dont get a lot of sewing done at night, thats ok.
Phew, I hope I do as good tomorrow!!!!

New Years Resolutions...
This year I have a New Years Resolution and Im gonna stick to it...Yes I am! In the past I either havent even made a resolution (cause I knew Id break it, lol) or I havent followed it. The pathetic thing is, I dont even know what my new years resolution was last year. Anyways, Im starting with some simple ones this year.
1. Sleep more at night- I realized recently when a thread was posted on a forum I frequent that I have sleep paralysis at night. Its pretty freaky and its been happenning more and more lately, I had no idea what it was when it happenned but that I know Ive read up on it and I think it is from sleep deprivation. I get approximately 3-5 hours of sleep a night. Somedays I can live off of it, somedays I am exhausted and I cant get anything done. Sleep is necessary, I need it and I gotta get more.
2. Keep the house cleaner on a daily basis- Usually its either sewing or cleaning. And if I clean, sewing suffers. And if I sew, cleaning seriously suffers. On the other hand, if I sleep more at night maybe I wont be such a zombie during the day and I can get up and get the house clean earlier, so I can sew just as much.
3. Exercise Every Other Day- I need to lose like 20lbs of baby fat, this has to happen this year! LOL I am going to try to get to the gym starting this week every other day!
4. Get up Earlier- This goes hand in hand with getting MORE sleep. Most mornings my kids are up at 7:00am and I keep them in bed watching TV until like 8:15am, than I struggle to get us all dressed and out of the house by 8:45am even though I set out clothes & make his lunch the night before. If I sleep more at night, I should be able to get out of bed at 7:30am, so I have time to sip my coffee, wake up and than get us all dressed and out of the house by 8:45am at the latest.
5. Take more time for ME- Lets face the facts! LOL Ive lost myself. Every single extra dime I have goes into my children and really they arent lacking in anyway shape or form, the only person lacking in this house is me. I lack in clothing, shoes, jackets, etc. I need to take more time for myself getting ready, showering, etc. I need to spend a few extra dollars on ME, even if its a $7 tshirt on sale. At least its not old and faded! LOL
